• 1 October 2026: deadline renewal membership 2026
• 18 December 2026: deadline registrations for BSMO effective and Junior MiT members (membership dues paid for 2025, before 30/09/2026) to take advantage of a complimentary hotel room > subject to availability, first-come, first-served
• 18 December 2026: deadline abstract submission
• Week of 4 January 2027: notifications to abstract authors will be sent
• 22 January 2027: deadline Annual Meeting registrations
